When a parent or guardian contacts Little House Day Care or joins the waiting list through this website, we may collect the parent or guardian’s name, email address, phone number, the child’s age, the subject of the inquiry, and the message provided.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to inquiries, discuss child care services and availability, manage waiting-list requests, arrange visits, and protect our forms from spam or misuse.
Storage and access
Messages submitted through this website are delivered to the daycare’s designated email account. Access should be limited to authorized daycare personnel who need the information to respond or manage the waiting list. We retain inquiries only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes, to maintain appropriate business records, or to meet legal obligations.
Cookies and third-party services
The public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The administration area uses a strictly necessary session cookie to keep authorized administrators signed in. This administrative cookie is not used for advertising and is not provided to regular website visitors.
The Home page uses local browser storage only to remember when a visitor closes a promotional announcement, so the same popup is not shown again that day. This preference does not identify the visitor and is not used for advertising or analytics.
Our contact and waiting-list forms use Friendly Captcha to help prevent automated spam. Friendly Captcha states that it does not use HTTP cookies or persistent browser storage and that it protects identifying IP address information using one-way hashing.
Our Locations page includes an embedded Google Map. When the map loads, Google may receive information about your browser, device, and interaction with the map under the Google Privacy Policy.
Website statistics and security
We count page loads by page and day to understand general website use. These website statistics do not use cookies and do not store names, contact-form information, or IP addresses. To limit repeated or automated form submissions, the website temporarily stores a one-way hash derived from the visitor’s IP address for up to one hour.
Sharing
Little House Day Care does not sell information submitted through these forms. Information may be handled by service providers that support website hosting, email delivery, spam prevention, and embedded maps, or disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect safety and legal rights.
Children’s information
This website and its forms are intended for parents and guardians. Children should not submit personal information through this website. Please do not send medical records, government identifiers, or other sensitive information about a child through the contact or waiting-list forms. Contact the daycare directly for secure enrollment procedures.
